Jason Kuznicki is a research fellow at the Cato Institute. He earned a Ph.D. in history from Johns Hopkins University. His academic interests included the political and economic thought of the French Enlightenment, religious toleration, and gender and sexuality. His dissertation was entitled Scandal and Disclosure in the Old Regime.
He blogs from a classical liberal perspective and often writes on religion, politics, gay issues, and food and drink. Jason lives with Scott R. Starin, his partner of eight years, to whom he has been legally married for four and a half.
